AJP Training specialise in the delivery of Computer Software Training. We have been working with Bristol companies for nearly 20 years and have an enviable reputation and a loyal client base. 85% of our training bookings are repeat business.
All our trainers are graduate teachers with proven classroom experience, approved by the major software houses and we never use freelance trainers; all our trainers are members of staff based at the Park Row Training Centre.
Our trainers are involved in the development of the courses they deliver and also offer pre-course assessment, software consultancy, applications development and client support.
Training is delivered by named trainers and we will ensure the same trainer for all courses, if requested. The courses will always be tutor led and hands on throughout the session with a recommended maximum class size of six.
Public scheduled courses are available at least once a month and additional courses will be added to this schedule during the period to meet demand. All public scheduled courses will be delivered to meet published specifications at the dedicated training centre in Bristol.
Tailored training is designed to meet the needs of delegates who do not wish to attend public scheduled courses or where the course content is not suitable. Free Training Needs Analysis is used to determine and agree the course content before bookings are confirmed. This training can be delivered at the dedicated training centre in Bristol or on client site.
Closed company training is an option for organisations who choose to train their own delegates exclusively. These courses may follow the published course outlines as for public courses or can be tailored to suit company needs. Company training courses can be held at client premises or at the dedicated training centre in Bristol.
Other Options include flexible, tailored workshops or modular courses – selecting from a range of topics and popular applications. Modular courses can be held at client premises or at the dedicated training centre in Bristol.
Short duration Help sessions can also be arranged to supplement formal training or self taught users.
AJP will always supply course notes for each delegate. The notes will include screen images, keyboard and mouse sequences, the exercises used and additional exercises for post-course consolidation and tables of useful keyboard references. Post course telephone and email support is offered to all delegates.
